Here’s what to expect when you order from Golden Botanicals.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within South Africa only.

Shipping cost

We offer flat-rate shipping of R99 across South Africa, calculated automatically at checkout. Orders over R500 qualify for free shipping, applied automatically in your cart.

Processing time

Orders are handmade/hand-packed in small batches. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared before it’s handed to our courier.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes a further 5–7 business days depending on your location. Please note delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, particularly to rural or outlying areas.

Order tracking

You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched, so you can follow its progress to your door.

Incorrect delivery addresses

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We aren’t able to redirect an order once it has been dispatched, and additional shipping costs may apply if an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address.
